Dr. Stuart is the Associate Director of Curriculum and Outreach at the Austin Institute for the Study of Family and Culture.
Dr. Stanglin is a Professor of Scripture and Historical Theology at the Austin Graduate School of Theology.

The Homebuilders class explores, “How do I talk to my kids about Heaven and Hell?” with Kelly Cavender, a Brentwood Oaks member who regularly teaches Sunday morning classes, and has twice served as an elder.
The Homebuilders class explores, “How do I talk to my kids about race?” with Dr. Keffrelyn D. Brown, Professor of Cultural Studies in Education in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin. She is also the co-founder of the Center of Innovation in Race, Teaching, and Curriculum. Dr. Brown also holds a faculty appointment in the Department of African and Africa Diaspora Studies. She is also on the Board of Trustees at the Austin Graduate School of Theology.
The Homebuilders class explores, “How do I talk to my kids about death and grief?” with Dan Bonner, Spiritual Care Volunteer with Lifeline Chaplaincy, and his wife Reba. They have been married for 62 years.
The Homebuilders class explores, “How do I talk to my kids about politics?” with Texas Supreme Court Justice Jeff Boyd and his wife, Jackie, children’s minister at the Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ.
