About us
The Brentwood Oaks Church exists to worship God, to bring people to faith in Jesus, to be conformed to the image of Jesus and to help people in need.
By His grace, God the Father, through his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, has called us through the Gospel, out of darkness into His kingdom of light, joy and peace to be his adopted children in Christ, to lead lives worthy of God, obedient and sacrificial, to the praise of God’s glory.
Brentwood Oaks believes that growth in Christ comes through knowledge, understanding, gratitude and obedience to God the Father. In our assemblies, we believe praying and giving are as important in worship as singing and preaching. We understand worship to be a sacrifice, that adoration of the Father can be not only joyful but sobering, and that praise begins with walking with the righteous and seeking first God’s kingdom and rule (Psalms 1/2).
