Shower News
There will be a bridal brunch honoring Stacy Farmer, bride-elect of Derrick Bruch, on Saturday, February 6, from 10 AM until noon in the home of Janice Fuller. Selctions can be made at Bed, Bath & Beyond, Breed & Company, Crate & Barrel, and Home Depot.
Leah Gregersen and little boy soon to come will be honored with a brunch on February 13 in the home of Janice Fuller. She is registered at Babies R Us and Target.
A wedding shower honoring Luis Mijares and his fiancee, Lucia Sanchez will be held on Saturday, March 6, in the home of Jeanette and Donovan Davis.
A baby shower for Hellen Rotich is being planned for March 20 in the home of Libby Weed. Hellen and Jacob are expecting a little boy and they are registered at Target, WalMart and Babies R Us.
A baby shower for Britney Gittinger is being planned for April 17 in the home of Misty Herndon …selections can be made for a little boy.

As the women of Brentwood Oaks, our mission calls us to facilitate spiritual growth among women as we develop our leadership abilities, encourage, train and challenge women to teach each other and the church. Together we foster a sense of community and strengthen personal relationships among women.

Ladies’ Bible Class
Each Wednesday morning the ladies of Brentwood meet in the Parlor at 10 AM for a wonderful study of God’s word and a time of fellowship. The study this quarter is Ruth and Esther. On the first Wednesday of the month, the ladies have lunch together…sometimes it is a covered dish meal and other times they go together to “CofeeADeli” just around the corner and enjoy a time of fellowship there. If you have any questions, feel free to call Kay Scott or the Church office. You are always welcomed with open arms and hearts.

Online Bible Study
begins again on Monday, January 18 with a study of Ruth and Esther. Last year’s study offered many insights spurred through though provoking discussions and left us all with valuable personal applications. So JOIN US in learning more about these distinctive women who are the only two with books named after them in the Bible.
